Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items.

All items are sold as-is, with normal signs of wear consistent with secondhand furniture.

We strongly encourage customers to review:

  • Measurements

  • Photos

  • Descriptions

  • Delivery details

before placing an order.


2. No Store Pickup

We do not offer customer pickup.
All orders are delivered by our in-house team within NYC.


3. Delivery Terms

We offer two delivery options:

  • $50 Curbside Delivery - Item is delivered to the curb outside your building.

  • $75 Dwelling Delivery - Item is brought to the inside of your home.

No assembly is included.

Someone must be present at the time of delivery.

If the customer is not available at the confirmed delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply.


4. Damage During Delivery

If an item is damaged during delivery, please notify the delivery team immediately before they leave.

Once the item is fully delivered and accepted, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address

  • no one available to receive the item

  • restricted building access

a redelivery fee will be required to schedule a new delivery.


6. Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that window, all orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
